Horn of Africa emergency relief
Your support will provide emergency medical relief to children and families affected by severe drought in the Horn of Africa. The Canadian government will match eligible donations by individuals or through fundraisers up to $100,000 until September 16, 2011.

Working directly with the HEAL Africa hospital, HPIC is providing medical aid, especially to women, victims of sexual violence, poverty and war in the volatile North Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Northwest Haiti is devastated by natural disasters and extreme poverty. HPIC works with NWHCM to provide nutritional supplements, pain relievers, antifungals, antibiotics, and medical supplies to an extremely vulnerable population.

Zimbabwe –The Salvation Army Howard Hospital
Zimbabwe has been devastated by political unrest, HIV/AIDS and an economic meltdown. HPIC provides large quantities of medicine and surgical supplies free of charge to Howard Hospital near Harare, offering hope to these people suffering in an increasingly desperate situation.
