Donate Medicine & Supplies

We are so thankful for our faithful partners who help us deliver health and hope to vulnerable communities. Why Donate?

HPIC is the only charity licensed by Health Canada to handle donated medicines from pharmaceutical companies for vulnerable communities and has been transforming lives around the globe for over 30 years. When you donate to HPIC, you help continue this incredible work of saving lives. You will also join a unique network of transformational donors, project partners and Canadian healthcare professionals who travel around the world on medical missions.

HPIC’s Distribution Centre in Oakville, Ontario, operates under a Health Canada Establishment Licence. In the event of a recall, HPIC can trace a product anywhere in the world. HPIC also regularly visits projects to assess needs and conducts audits that enable us to report back on the impact your donation is making.

How Does It Work?

If you are a corporation or company, you can donate product to HPIC in two ways:

HPIC will communicate product needs to you, including specific quantities of medicines and/or medical supplies and shipment deadlines.

Conduct regular inventory reviews/ forecasts internally and notify HPIC of any medicines and/or medical supplies you may be able to donate. Get in touch with Heather Watts, Director, Healthcare Industry Relations below for more information.

Please Note: Donated products must meet the needs of our partners and have sufficient dating to allow for receipt, shipment creation, transportation, customs processing, distribution, and use overseas.
