With Gratitude to GSK: Supporting Humanitarian Medical Kits

We extend heartfelt gratitude to the outstanding GSK team for joining the recent packing event at the Oakville Distribution Centre. Together, 20 Humanitarian Medical Kits were assembled, ensuring that 6,000 people in Ukraine will soon receive essential medical treatments to help restore their health.

Each year, HPIC delivers hundreds of Humanitarian Medical Kits to individuals living in vulnerable conditions, conflict zones, and regions facing urgent medical needs. Every kit, weighing 50 lbs, is carefully packed with medicines and supplies tailored to the specific needs of local populations. In areas where basic medical supplies are chronically scarce, these portable “pharmacies in a box” can mean the difference between illness and recovery—or even life and death.

For 35 years, HPIC and its partners have worked to increase access to medicine and improve the health of over 35 million vulnerable people across more than 130 countries. The ongoing support of partners like GSK has been vital in making this impact possible. HPIC is truly thankful for GSK’s dedication and partnership every step of the way.
